It's essentials time! As you can tell by the title, for today's post I decided to share with you my essential pieces for the fall season. Some of these I have bought recently, and some are my older trust-worthy pieces which I wear every year once fall rolls around. Let's get started!

Fall season is all about layering, isn't it? The prime reason I love and am always excited for fall is because we get to layer clothes. There really isn't anything better than putting on a lot of layers, wrapping yourself in a big scarf and heading out on a cold autumnal walk.  Layering is all about pairing different kinds of clothes to create one cozy, bundled up, thrown together look that seems effortless and yet very fashionable. So, in today's post I wanted to share with you my favorite ways on how to layer your fall pieces and look amazing!

Make sure your outfit works both as a whole and minus a layer or two. This is a first step you have to consider when stepping out in a full layered outfit. Make sure the whole outfit doesn't clash and if you feel like it doesn't look quite right without your coat or jacket, maybe consider changing it up a bit!

Add a big scarf! My favorite autumn accessory is a big scarf which completes an outfit perfectly. Pick out a really autumnal one, with yellow and brown tones and you will always look very put together.

Use the right amount and combination of colors. Not all colors go really well together, so before adding a layer onto your outfit make sure that it looks alright with the clothes you already put together.

Pick up a bunch of flannels and sweaters and pair them. My favorite way of layering is putting on a cute flannel shirt and adding a lovely sweater over it while the collar of the shirt peeks out a bit. That always makes me feel a bit more chic and sophisticated.

Layer chunky sweaters with a long sleeved top. You can also layer your sweaters, not only with flannels, but with a cute long sleeved top. If the sweater has quarter-lenght sleeves, than this makes an outfit even more perfect.

Wear your favorite summer dress. Just because summer's over, doesn't mean you can't still wear your favorite dress out. Just add a shirt over it, a cozy cardigan and some tights and you'll be set to go!

High socks and boots go perfect together! To have an even cozier look, add cozy high socks under your boots and pair them with your favorite leggings. If you add a cool flannel, your outfit will look amazing even if  you haven't even tried that hard.

Keep your under-layers more fitted to keep your shape looking slim. That way your outfit won't seem to bulky and you'll look amazing wrapped up!

Sprinkle on your accessories! Add bracelets, rings, your favorite watch, anything you want, because you can't ever have too many accessories.

Striped tops are perfect for layering. I love wearing stripy tops all year round, but especially in fall because they are look amazing under any sweater or jacket and make the outfit look stunning.

Hello everyone, I hope you're having the loveliest day! How have you been spending the beginning of the beautiful fall season? First thing I wanted to do to be fully prepared for a bit chillier days is to go shopping, because that is literally one of my favorite things to do anyway! I picked up some pieces which are perfect for the beginning of fall, because it is still not really the time for cozy jumpers, but we can still have fun with our clothes and add a bit of fall colour pop. So, here are a few pieces I picked out to spice up my fall wardrobe.

Constant worrying and not getting enough sleep. Waking up way too early. The dread. The anxiety. You know what that means, it's back to school time! All jokes aside, going back to school can sometimes be really hard especially after the amazing times you've had during the summer and realizing that has to end. But, the way that can be made slightly easier is by going back to school shopping and getting all the cute supplies! My favorite time has always been going to get all the adorable supplies and whether you're going back to high school, college or if you are just a stationery lover, you can never have enough of the lovely pens, pencils, binders, notebooks and all of the adorable stuff. I have recently been back to school shopping and I have decided to share my purchases with you. I have also bought a new backpack, so it will be included into this haul as well.  So, here we go!

A couple of days ago I celebrated my 18th birthday and as a present from my family I received this gorgeous watch. To be honest, I have not always been a big fan of watches as I could never find the right one that suited me, but when I first laid my eyes on this one, I instantly fell in love with it!

I am a big fan of navy, I just love the color and I think this watch will go amazing with any outfit that I have in mind. It is simple at the same time as being quite fashionable. I think it is quite classy, yet it still gives off a very stylish vibe. It is elegant with a minimalist look and you can wear it basically anywhere! Also, it perfectly complements your style.
